Meet the Owners:

Tropical IV is a family-owned business founded by husband and wife team, Ricky and Carey Krause, who bring over 25 years of combined nursing experience and a shared passion for holistic wellness.

Carey Krause, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC 
Carey serves as the Medical Director and co-owner of Tropical IV. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with specialties in family medicine and mental health. Through her private practice, Tranquil Tides Psychiatry and Wellness, Carey has partnered with Tropical IV to deliver a truly integrated mind-body experience for every client.

 

Ricky Krause, RN, MSN
Ricky is a master’s-prepared Registered Nurse and co-owner of Tropical IV. He provides hands-on care and administers IV treatments with compassion and clinical precision. His extensive background in nursing ensures every client receives safe, effective, and personalized wellness support.
